The Pool and Outside area

OUTSIDE:

Heated swimming pool  12m x 6m is on the main level and has a safe shallow area for children.  Around the pool are 10 luxurious sun loungers with umbrellas and small tables with plenty of luxurious towels.  The house is split level and has terraces on the main floor and ground floor.  To the side of the living room is a large al fresco dining area in wood panelling and has glass topped table with state of the art seating for 10 people.  Separate large Jacuzzi seating 8 at any one time.  Separate tiled shower.  Separate entrance to lower floor via steps at the side of the swimming pool.  Large BBQ with overhead canopy to shade from the sun.  Small grassed area adjoining the al fresco dining area.  Purpose built slope for wheelchair access to the swimming pool.  If you require swimming pool to be heated, there is an additional cost of €200.00 per week.  Please advise when booking.

At the front of the villa there is plenty of car parking space, a water fountain and wonderful gardens with fruit trees.  Entrance is via remote control gates and the property can only be entered via the security control panel in the front entrance of the house.  Large purpose built slope for wheelchair access to the front of the house.
